ABOUT THE ARKANSAS RUSH

On May 3, 2007, the Board of Directors of Conway United Soccer Association (CUSA) voted unanimously to partner with Rush Soccer, forming the most promising club in Central Arkansas, the Arkansas Rush!  In keeping with the principals that CUSA was founded upon, namely to provide soccer opportunities to all children interested in participating, the formation of Arkansas Rush will allow us to bring a great soccer experience to all of our members, regardless of age or ability.

Rush Soccer began as the Colorado Rush in 1997, and over the past decade has achieved a level of success unparalleled in the history of American youth soccer.  Since 2003, 20 clubs from across the United States have partnered with Rush.  Each of these clubs is determined to reach the same lofty standards as the founding club.  Rush Soccer expects and demands of its partners the utmost in professionalism, sportsmanship, and success.  In CUSA, Rush Soccer sees a club with the same commitment to excellence, potential for growth, and aspirations of regional and national success for our teams and players.  As such, CUSA has been chosen as Rush Soccer’s exclusive partner in the state of Arkansas, and we will work together to teach our players “the Rush Way.” 

In exploring a potential partnership with Rush Soccer, the Board of CUSA realized that becoming the Arkansas Rush would provide our members with numerous benefits that would never have presented themselves to CUSA or any Arkansas soccer club alone.  These include:

1.  OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR PLAYERS:

• • Gives our players and our club instant recognition around the country at tournaments, from college coaches, etc.
  • Gives us the ability to attract top level coaches to work with our players
  • Our players can guest play with Rush teams from around the country
